Our clients came to us looking to remodel both the interior and exterior of their home.  Every inch has been meticulously planned out as we transformed an extra living space into a large Master Suite and converted a bedroom into a luxurious Master Bath.  Each room has been given its own unique design while maintaining a cohesive flow as you move throughout the home.

Upon entering the driveway you are instantly greeted by an oversized cedar porch with a stone front and black, Iron Ore accents.  Once you move inside you are welcomed by a large foyer flanked with stone walls that open to a large entertaining space.  The custom designed kitchen includes Taj Mahal Quartzite backsplash, bronze hardware and wood accents along with a butler's pantry to help make entertaining a breeze .  One of the biggest focal points in this home is the Master Suite, featuring a 5'x10' steam shower with double shower heads, rain shower, 10' bench and 2" HEX Nero Marquina Honed Black Marble on the floor.  The main bathroom floor is patterned with Casablanca Carrara & Nero Marquina Marble which creates a unique and beautiful design to bring the entire room together.  This 4 bedroom home also includes an elegantly designed laundry room featuring a fluted front farmhouse sink, boot bench and custom cabinetry .  Finally, a single car garage was transformed into a studio complete with a black metal barn door and a fully functioning Avante Legacy clear glass garage door to bring in lots of natural light.
