Kansas City, MO

Interior Remodel

This Kansas City, KS remodel assumed a two-phase approach, one for each floor renovated.

Throughout the first floor, existing flooring was removed and Luxury Vinyl Plank was installed.  Also installed in the kitchen were new quartz countertops and semi-custom cabinets.  Modern subway tile backsplash unifies the two and matches the oversized apron front sink.  A new oil rubbed bronze sink faucet and light fixtures accentuate the polished look.  Other first floor additions include a faux stone fireplace surround and new appliances.

Stair updates consist of new metal balusters, newel posts, and handrails, as well as decorative carpet.  Upstairs, master bath shower tile was replaced and new carpet was installed in all bedrooms.  In the upstairs shared bathroom, a new countertop was placed and tile was repaired at the new bath vanity due to top placement.  To complete the remodel, all walls, newly scraped ceilings, and trim finishes were painted throughout almost all finished portions of the home.
