Per customer request, this basement was finished through the drywall stage.  The handy homeowner wished to put the finishing touches on the basement space himself.

To begin this project, GlenRoss helped to create a layout according to the client's specifications for their daylight basement.  Once the plan was finalized, GlenRoss assisted the customer in obtaining a building permit for the work.  All framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and drywall activities were coordinated and managed by GlenRoss.    In all, the completed basement will provide approximately 730 square feet of family living space.
