Our homeowners came to us with a clear vision for their basement finish: a multi-functional space tailored to their family's lifestyle. With 1,400 square feet of unfinished space to work with, we brought that vision to life—incorporating a custom playhouse, home gym, craft room, game room, full bar, and bathroom.

As you descend the stairs, you're welcomed into a spacious game room featuring a fully custom-built playhouse. Designed with imaginative play in mind, it includes a collapsible canopy with a play bar, a working porch light, and a rock climbing wall. The game room is large enough to accommodate multiple game tables and is accented with rich stained beams and posts for added character.

At the edge of the game room is a sit-at bar with a large, wraparound glass wall that opens into the home gym. The gym is outfitted with durable gym flooring, bold black walls, a full wall of mirrors, and even space reserved for a future sauna—making it ideal for serious home workouts.  ​The entertainment zone features a beautiful ledger stone TV wall and a thoughtfully designed bar. Highlights include custom inset cabinetry, a panel-ready beverage fridge and drawer dishwasher, and even a hidden phone charging station. A full bathroom with a modern backlit mirror is conveniently located just off this space.  Tucked around the corner, a dedicated craft room includes a closet for potential use as a guest bedroom.
