GlenRoss Contracting specializes in custom home building and remodeling, and is dedicated to providing our clients a positive experience throughout the construction project. Our collaborative approach recognizes that residential construction is a science requiring ORGANIZATION and ENGINEERING and an art requiring CREATIVITY and COMMUNICATION.

Brian Trimble
Brian Trimble studied the construction industry at Pittsburg State University in Kansas. After graduating, he immediately began working for the nation’s largest home builder. Throughout Brian's tenure he was tasked with a variety of responsibilities as a Customer Relations Manager, Field Manager, Process Improvement Manager and General Manager of Customer Relations. His career experiences cover a wide range of best practices including integrating proper water management techniques into the building envelope, managing expansive soils, effective and efficient scheduling, budget management, project management, and managing the client’s expectations and overall experience.
In May of 2012 Brian, with long-time friend Matt Nichols, formed GlenRoss Contracting. Brian ensures GlenRoss provides clients with a range of quality of services while sustaining client satisfaction on every project. He lives in Olathe with his wife Karla, and their two children, Jackson and Marlie.
Matt Nichols
Matt Nichols began his construction career when he enrolled in building trade courses in high school and continued developing his passion working alongside the instructor for several summers. After graduating from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology, Matt immediately began working for the nation’s largest home builder. Throughout his time he served as a Superintendent, Customer Relations Manager, and Project Manager.
These experiences prepared him to venture out on his own when he established Nichols Contracting, LLC. After considerable success, Matt teamed up with his former colleague and great friend Brian Trimble to form GlenRoss Contracting. Matt's knowledge of all construction phases enables him to establish realistic construction expectations in creating a project schedule and detailed budget for each project; and his ability to communicate these expectations is a tremendous asset to clients. Matt lives in Edgerton with his wife, Amber, and their three children, Cooper, Max and Jolee.
