After completing the kitchen remodel in this home, we continued the transformation below with a 1,200 SF section of their basement.  Designed to seamlessly blend luxury and functionality, this lower level features expansive entertaining areas, a custom wet bar, a private spa retreat, a spray-tanning station, an exercise room, and a dedicated golf simulator.

As you enter, you step into a spacious entertainment area accented with wood-wrapped columns and beams. Thoughtfully designed custom paneling discreetly conceals mechanical rooms and water shutoffs, maintaining a clean, polished look throughout. A wet bar anchors the space and is complete with a convenient drawer dishwasher. Just around the corner, an illuminated paneled wall creates an inviting lounge that is perfect for relaxing between turns on the golf simulator. A short set of stairs leads to a tucked-away flex room, tailored to the homeowner’s needs and currently serving as an exercise room with a spray-tan booth.

On the opposite side of the basement, a serene home spa offers the ultimate retreat. This space features a full tile shower, sauna, and cold plunge.  Custom paneling extends across the walls and ceiling to create a cohesive, calming atmosphere.
