With a purchased lot and building plan, the customer recruited GlenRoss to oversee the construction process of this custom built home in 2014.

 

The finished home includes four bedrooms with three and a half baths.  Additional features include a large walk in shower and an over-sized three car garage for boat storage.  A storm shelter was incorporated in to project design and was built under the front porch.  Stained concrete runs throughout the finished portion of the basement where a recreation room, bedroom, and bathroom are found.  A stamped and stained back patio offers additional recreation and entertaining space.
