In need of a home office work space and a spare bedroom, the Olathe, KS homeowners teamed with GlenRoss to finish 238 square feet of basement space.

 

With the welcome addition of a new baby, the clients were eager to begin construction to accommodate their growing family.  A spare bedroom was added adjacent to the stair landing that offers office space, a closet, and a large egress window.  LVP flooring is consistent throughout the landing and office space, and all trim finishes match existing home features.
