Main Level
Remodel
Our homeowners had several projects in mind when they contacted us for their remodel. They wanted to brighten up their main level by removing all of the wood paneling and requested that we open up their master bathroom for a more spacious feel.

We began by taking down the original paneling, scraping off the popcorn ceiling, and removing the beams in the living room. We then installed new drywall and applied a smooth ceiling texture, along with a new full-length fireplace mantle. A light gray paint color beautifully complemented the trim and flooring, and transformed the fireplace into a standout feature instead of allowing it to blend in like it did with the original wood walls. Moving down the hallway to the bedroom, we replaced the existing vinyl and carpet with new flooring and installed white doors to create a brighter and more expansive feel.

In the master bathroom, we removed the carpet and the wall separating the shower from the vanities. This opened up the space making it feel much larger and more inviting. The white and gray tiled floors create a seamless flow, extending down the floor and up the shower wall, while the navy vanity with a white top adds a nice touch of color.

We are now gearing up for the second phase of this home which will involve updates to the second story!
