This home, situated in a well-established and highly desirable neighborhood, required some updating. Our homeowner's creativity and vision for their space came to life as they transformed their home almost beyond recognition. Removing walls and opening up the main living areas allowed for the kitchen to be fully reconfigured.  A walkthrough pantry was added and a stunning double-sided fireplace became the centerpiece of the space. Modern touches are evident throughout this 6,300 SF home, which features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an office, a study, and a newly constructed sunroom.

Custom cabinetry enhances each room with unique designs.  The kitchen, which once featured wrap-around cabinetry and a small center island, has been reinvented into a sleek, artistic space. It now features high end appliances and an expansive 11-foot island with an integrated 5-foot table, perfect for casual meals and snacks.  The master suite, already boasting a beautifully curved wall lined with windows, was complemented by a remodel of the master bath and closet. We removed the outdated tile around the tub and shower to reconfigure the layout, resulting in a fully glassed-in shower and a freestanding tub with a skylight above. The master vanity now features touch-to-open drawers, and the closet has been upgraded with floor-to-ceiling storage.
