What started as a roof leak turned into an incredible whole-home transformation.  One that brought our homeowners’ vision to life and dramatically improved the functionality of their space. The end result? A beautifully refreshed home with a main-level overhaul and a kitchen that’s nearly doubled in size, offering exceptional flow and an abundance of storage.

On the first floor, we extended the powder room and adjacent closet to create a more comfortable, spacious layout. Large-format tile now guides you through the entryway and continues into the powder room, where a once small and closed-off space has been reimagined into a stunning focal point featuring a full glass-tile accent wall and an oversized vanity.  Step into the kitchen and the “wow factor” is immediate. A 10-foot island anchors the space, perfectly paired with a 22-foot wall of cabinets and cooking space. Opposite the cooking area, an additional 14 feet of cabinets for pantry storage ensures there is truly a place for everything.  This open-concept design features two connecting sides.  On one side, a peninsula transitions seamlessly into a spacious dining room that flows into an expansive living area, ideal for entertaining.  On the other, a second peninsula connects to a storage buffet overlooking a sunken family room, creating even more functional zones for everyday living and hosting.  With generous countertop space, multiple seating areas, and intentional layout upgrades, this kitchen is ready for countless gatherings and memorable moments.

New flooring was installed across the main areas, while existing hardwoods were sanded and refinished to blend beautifully. Upstairs, new windows and fresh paint brought new life to the bedrooms. To top it all off—literally—the roof repairs and new shingles ensure these homeowners can enjoy a leak-free, stunning home for many years to come.
