Whole Home
Remodel
Leawood, KS

Our clients recently purchased this home with plans to make it their own before moving in. While the house already showcased beautiful stonework and rich wood accents, much of the interior felt dated and lacked the style they were hoping for.

Some rooms only needed a cosmetic refresh—updated finishes, new lighting, and a more neutral color palette. Others, however, required a complete rework. The master bathroom, in particular, posed the biggest challenge. Originally cramped and closed off, it didn’t align with the open and functional layout our clients envisioned.  By removing walls and thoughtfully reconfiguring the space, we were able to keep a double vanity while adding a spacious walk-in shower, a customized closet, and even a compact laundry area—relocated from its previous home in the kitchen.

Throughout the home, we replaced fixtures and patio doors for improved efficiency and light, and whitewashed the existing stone to better reflect the clients' clean, natural aesthetic. The result is a fresh, cohesive space that honors the original charm while embracing their style.
